About the Role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Promote and sell asset financing and leasing solutions to businesses, both private companies and government entities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting, tracking performance against targets and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit/finance, operations, legal, fleet management) to ensure smooth processing, documentation, and delivery of assets and lease agreements.
- Engage dealers and suppliers for referrals and to obtain vehicle pricing, specifications, and availability for client proposals.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in sales and financial services
- Strong understanding of operating leases, asset financing, and asset procurement processes.
