About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Promote and sell asset financing and leasing solutions to businesses, both private companies and government entities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financing solutions
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting, tracking performance against targets and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit/finance, operations, legal, fleet management) to ensure smooth processing, documentation, and delivery of assets and lease agreements.
  • Engage dealers and suppliers for referrals and to obtain vehicle pricing, specifications, and availability for client proposals.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in sales and financial services
  • Strong understanding of operating leases, asset financing, and asset procurement processes.
