About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting ERP solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships across various industries.
Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions across Uganda
* Prospect and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
* Conduct product demonstrations and illustrations to prospective clients.
* Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate ERP solutions
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, IT Managers)
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
* Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements
* Work closely with the technical/implementation team to ensure smooth project handovers
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions or enterprise software sales. (SAP B, Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
* Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage, ERP Next etc
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
