About the Role

Role Summary:

On behalf of our client, a leader in the Manufacturing/FMCG space, we are seeking dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new clients within the target Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic challenges and positioning our advisory solutions effectively.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory/accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within manufacturing and FMCG to inform sales strategy.

  • Work closely with other teams to generate sales.

  • Accurately manage and report on your sales pipeline and forecasts using our CRM system.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-6 years of proven sales and marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industries.

  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong understanding of the supply chain, production processes, and key market drivers in manufacturing and FMCG.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.
